HOMEDOCTOR
HOME DOCTOR is a remote care ecosystem developed for Home Doctor, designed to transform telemedicine into a complete medical act by enabling real physical examination from the patient’s home. The project allowed Home Doctor to move beyond video-based consultations, positioning the company as a digital health provider capable of delivering clinically reliable remote diagnostics at scale. By combining hardware, connectivity and service design, the solution enabled new care models for homes, workplaces, elderly residences and underserved areas.
At IDEA Design Strategic Hub, we approached the project through a Compliance by Design framework aligned with ISO 13485 medical device development principles, integrating industrial design, human-centered interaction and medical-grade engineering. The result is an intuitive, trustworthy and scalable telemedicine device that brings clinical accuracy into everyday domestic environments.
