The project was based on an in-depth analysis of the DIY market, exploring consumer behaviour and the evolving role of packaging as a strategic variable influencing purchasing decisions and retail performance.
We studied the impact of packaging on consumer decision-making, point-of-sale performance dynamics, and the logistical implications of future packaging solutions. This systemic approach allowed us to identify opportunities, anticipate constraints, and define strategic guidance aligned with a competitive and fast-growing market.
